The Role:



Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to start a career in financial data administration? We are seeking a Financial Data Administrator Apprentice to join our Finance department. In this entry-level role, you’ll provide essential support in managing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting with data-driven decision-making.



This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop a strong foundation in financial data management and analysis while receiving mentorship from experienced professionals.

What We’re Looking For:





  • Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with numbers and generating actionable insights.


  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy is critical in data entry and reporting.


  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills to present data findings effectively.


  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.


  • Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who can take initiative and solve problems.


  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and enthusiasm for learning new software.


  • Professionalism: Maintains confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.




Entry Requirements:





  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject


  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)


  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject




You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.



If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Additional Information:



Salary: £14,000 - £17,000 dependant on experience at employers discretion
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (37.5 hours per week, including a 30-minute lunch break)
Probation Period: 6 months
