Description

To reliably and accurately fulfil the above tasks • Electronically and manually document all records in good methodical order • Organise safe and secure backup information of all working data • Be conversant with company procedures, policies and maintain general professional high standards • Concisely follow, relay and adopt good communication between staff, clients, suppliers.

• Aptitude for Figures and possess English Fluency, Math competence • IT literate, conversant with Microsoft Office and social media • Possess good communication and Customer Service Skill Set Ability • Respect and Maintain Confidentiality values the Policies of Practice • Adaptable and Willingness to work in an Equality & Cultural Inclusion harmony environment • Possess Full UK Driving licence and have own transport (desirable not essential) • Willingness to occasionally travel & stay away overnight (on basis of prior notice)
English / Math Grade B or above and A level or equivalent in studying toward a professional qualification
Level 3 AAT apprenticeship at Exeter College
• Interest in numbers and an accounts or office admin career • Possess methodical and organised disciplines • Good with time keeping and coherent communication skills • A Team player, of personable and smart business attire character • Time flexible and able to work to achievable deadline targets
