Description
Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to kickstart your career in Customer Service?
At Monkey Tree Hosting, also trading as MTH Networks, we are offering an exciting opportunity for
an apprentice to gain hands-on experience in the field while working towards a nationally recognised
qualification.
As an apprentice, you will join our ever-growing and developing, dynamic team, specialising in
internet connectivity, hosting/cloud solutions, telecommunication services, and, in short, all things
technology!
This is an excellent opportunity to learn from experts in their fields, develop valuable skills, and gain
experience working closely with a wide range of our customers and partners across the UK.
As an apprentice at MTH, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls of various natures (these could be sales, support, internal, etc.)
- Assisting with customers via our CRM, in the form of tickets
- Replying to customers via our LiveChat
- Managing customer accounts within a CRM system
- Placing orders and ensuring accurate data entry into internal systems
- Providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Assisting with the preparation and dispatch of hardware
- Developing technical knowledge of internet connectivity solutions (residential and
commercial!), local IT, cloud solutions, and so on.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be computer literate. You must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word, be able to follow customer briefs and instructions, be able to work to deadlines, strong attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure and as part of a small, hands-on team. Previous customer service experience will be an advantage.
