Description

Have you heard about Gravity Co?
We’re an award winning coliving and PRS brand/operator that’s taken the capital by storm and are about to take our brand to mainland Europe.

Overview:
And right now, we’re looking for a Creative Brand & Marketing Executive to join us on our journey.

We’re after someone who lives and breathes brand and creativity and can show it in their work. The right candidate is someone who has a flare for design (with a portfolio to show it), loves to create engaging, aspirational, head turning content for social media (particularly Instagram and TikTok).
This person will also be the brand guardian for Gravity and ensure all content created is 100% ‘Gravity’ and nothing less.

Salary:
The salary will start at £25,000 per annum,
It could increase up to £35,000 (depending on your experience).

The Role:

  • Develop and manage the brand identity – ensuring all material created is to Gravity standard and follows our guidelines.

  • Lead the social strategy across all social platforms, creating and sharing high quality content (video, photography, reels) that provokes the interest of our audience around our brand and whets their ‘Gravity’ appetite.

  • Capture photography, video and 3D Tour content using our specialised in-house equipment around our properties, at our events and around the local area to showcase our offering and to visually give our audience a taste of the Gravity experience.

  • Design brand collateral, online and offline marketing campaign creatives, brand merchandise and brand corporate presentations, making sure everything is on brand and has the wow factor.

  • Help to manage the new Gravity website, ensuring content is accurate, up to date and punchy, creating engaging and inspiring blog content.

  • Become the Gravity brand guardian, ensuring all new and existing staff members are fully equipped with all the brand knowledge they need.

  • Manage all email marketing campaigns from design to send, optimising and segmenting audiences to achieve the best ‘open rates’ and ‘click throughs’.

  • Manage all marketing content on our app – uploading Gravity member partnership offers and sending marketing communications as and when needed.

What you’ll need to have:

  • Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro) or other design, photo and video production and editing software.

  • A passion for snapping moments both using your mobile device and a DSLR camera.

  • Social-savviness – you know your way around Instagram and TikTok and are always on top of trends.

  • An understanding of email marketing; ideally knowledge of Mailchimp and Hubspot.

  • Understanding of various AI tools for content creation.

  • Organisational skills – you’re able to work under pressure on the occasional tight deadlines.

  • A creative mind – you can keep generating new, fun ideas that keep our audience engaged, and have a good eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.

  • Solid social skills and you’re a team player.

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject

  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

The benefits:

  • 23 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays

  • Private health care cover (following successful completion of 3 month probation)

  • Discounts on groceries, gym memberships and entertainment

  • Regular social team and member events

  • Potential for participation in company share option plan

  • The potential for a permanent position on completion of apprenticeship with long term growth and career development
