Role Mission:
As a Continuous Improvement Engineer Apprentice, you will contribute to Schneider Electric's mission of shaping the future of energy management and automation through efficient and sustainable manufacturing practices. At the Leeds plant, Schneider Electric specialises in manufacturing and assembling electrical distribution and control equipment, including switchgear, transformers, and components that support energy management and automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Process & Improvement Management: Manage the process and continuous improvement within your unit to support customer satisfaction and quality.
Cross-Functional Team Management: Manage cross-functional teams, implement operational techniques, and monitor processes to eliminate causes of dissatisfaction.
Improvement Methodology Promotion: Promote the use of key improvement methodologies in the business.
Best Practice Sharing: Share and replicate best practices for continuous improvement.
