Duties to include:
• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Help onboard new employees, ensuring they have a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Provide support in training and development programs, including scheduling and tracking attendance.
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Help with employee engagement activities and ensure a positive employee experience.
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues.
• Assist with compliance checks, including adherence to health and safety regulations and labour laws.
• Participate in performance management processes and support managers with performance reviews.
• Assist with the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
