Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Through appropriate training the post holder will gain the knowledge and experience enabling to contribute to the following key tasks, working as directed by senior members of the team.
1. Provide general and confidential support to the legal team and assist with general enquiries.
2. Deal with first line enquires made in person, on telephone or by email.
3. Help with the organisation and co-ordination of formal court documentation and bundles for court hearings
4. Draft simple legal documents.
5. Assist with the maintenance and accuracy of the Legal case management system and file keeping.
6. Assist with collation and provision of information and statistical data as required.
7. Work shadow the Legal Team, this may include observing in court.
8. Assist with legal research.
9 Obtaining Redemption Statements
10 Obtaining documents to assist with enquiries
11 Providing quotes to prospective clients
12 Dealing with Post Completion
