List of Duties:

  • Accurate data entry and records management including:
  • Protection application processing for our clients and sales teams.
  • Comfortable working with defined processes but also able to identify areas for improvement within the role and suggest these to the team and implement where possible to improve our efficiency and customer service.
  • Working closely with the adviser teams and management to resolve issues and queries as well as progress updates on any applications or quotes that need additional help and assistance.
  • Attending and contributing to team meetings when requested.
  • Carry out all client activities with professionalism and due diligence.
  • Other administrative and operational activities as required which will include answering, screening and forwarding phone calls.
  • Adherence to client confidentiality and data protection rules.
  • Follow Consumer Duty standards to ensure clear standards and putting our customer needs first.


Working Patterns:

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm with one hour for lunch
