Description
Mains Duties:
- Switchboard operation and reception cover in
lunchtimes
- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Copy typing
- Opening and distributing incoming post
- Franking and recording outgoing post before
taking to the Post Office at the end of the day;
- Maintaining a filing system;
- Maintaining office diaries for meetings;
- Filing documents with Companies House;
- Supporting the office in any other ad hoc admin
duties.

Following the successful
completion of the qualification the company has a history of offering
successful candidates a full-time position within the company. This can be as
part of the company administrative team or another department of the company such
as payroll or the accounts & audit team where further qualifications may be
obtained as required.
Working week: Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 5:15pm Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm (1 hour break for lunch)
