Description

In this role, you will be a vital part of our property management operations, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of the business. Your responsibilities will include handling tenant inquiries booking and attending property viewings for potential tenants. Additionally, you will coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly, maintaining accurate records and compliance with property regulations. Your role will involve assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management as well as carrying out background/referencing checks and managing the customer journey.

Some of the duties you may be involved in:

· Handle tenant inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

· Attend property viewings and book viewings for potential tenants.

· Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors.

· Collect rent and manage financial transactions.

· Maintain compliance with property regulations and standards.

· Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.

· Prepare and distribute tenant notices and communications.

· Schedule and oversee property inspections.

· Assist in preparing property listings and marketing materials.

· Maintain and update tenant and property records.

· Assist with lease agreements and renewals.

· Ensure all property-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

· Monitor and manage property keys and access.

· Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and paperwork.

· Handle utility setup and transfers for properties.

· Assist with tenant screenings and background checks.

· Track and follow up on rent arrears and delinquencies.

· Support the property management team with various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
