Resourcing Assistant- Level 2 Customer Service duties:
· Answering incoming calls & directing internally
· Taking and passing on messages
· Calling prospective candidates regarding work opportunities
· Updating current database in terms of information and candidate details
· Chasing and uploading candidate compliance and documentation
· Performing Right to work checks and taking references.
· Collating candidate qualifications and loading onto the system.
· Liaising with payroll companies to register candidates.
· Checking new starters in with clients
· Checking incoming compliance information
· Writing job adverts and positing social media updates for adverts
· Sending out client service reviews and collating responses
· Sending out candidate forms and new starter cards
· Helping out at job shop/job fairs and job centre days.
Business Support Co-ordinator- Level 3 Administration duties:
· Co-ordinating timesheet reports and checking/matching timesheets
· Updating spreadsheets and sending them out to the team
· Collating incentive & target updates
· Checking placement compliance and administration is all in place to process payroll as per legislative requirements
· Liaising with payroll companies and internal accounts teams regarding payroll queries
· Audit checks & preparation
· Collating client spend data on request
· Booking events & travel
· Processing expense claims and reconciliations
· Social media updates and marketing
· Mentoring junior staff & new colleagues
· Tender support – collating information, analysing and submitting data & proofreading written material submissions
· Prioritising tasks according to specific deadlines
