This 18-month development programme consists of three placements, each lasting six months. These placements provide hands-on experience and a solid foundation in business analysis, while also allowing apprentices to explore different TfL departments.

Technology & Data (T&D): Business Architecture, Software Development, Digital, Data & Analytics, Payments Agreements

Other TfL Teams: Open Innovation, Compliance, Policing, Operations & Security, and Elizabeth Line Business

Throughout these placements, apprentices will gain valuable experience in technology projects and business process improvements, contributing to TfL’s success and customer experience.
