What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the supervision of highway construction and maintenance activities.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any issues or delays.
- Support the preparation of site documentation, including risk assessments and method statements.
- Participate in site meetings and contribute to project planning and scheduling.
- Learn and apply best practices in highway construction and maintenance.

As part of your Apprenticeship, you will be enrolled
onto a nationally recognised Level-4
Construction Site Supervisor Apprenticeship Standard via
our training partner, Learning Skills Partnership . Your Apprenticeship
typically takes 21 months to complete. One-day
each week will be dedicated entirely to lectures and studying for your
apprenticeship qualification. Regular reviews with your training
provider, line manager and workplace mentor, in addition to wrap-around support
from the Talent and Learning team.

- Are willing to maximise learning opportunities through work.
- Are willing to successfully complete their Apprenticeship course.
