Description
The role is predominantly a front of house role/admin role with the following tasks;
- Greeting/meeting members
- Answering the phone
- Making appointments in a computer diary
- Taking payments
- File management
- Stock taking
- Responding to emails
- Writing letters
- Social Media
- Community Outreach
- Accounts/cashing up
- Cleaning, keeping reception area and desk tidy
- Marketing
There could also be the opportunity to perform the following clinical tasks for which training can be provided if the candidate is interested;
- Going through rehabilitation exercises with patients
- Clinical notes writing
- Soft tissue therapy
- Kinesiology taping
- Observing X-rays
- Taking a health history
- Assessing
- Patient examination

- Excellent, fluent English language skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task under pressure
- Experience of Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel
Minimum of 3 GCSEs at grade C/4 and above including maths and English or equivalent.

You will be based in the Quay House at Exeter Quay, however on promotional events you will be required to attend other sites within Exeter, transportation can be provided.
The working days can discussed with the successful candidate. The Centre opening hours are Monday-Thursday 10-2 and 4-7. There is also a possibility of going to promotional events that might be happening on weekends.
