Main duties: To ensure the timely delivery of profitable projects in line with the company policy at the same time building good relationship with both clients and suppliers.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· To attend project, kick off and review meetings with the lead project manager.
· To follow ARNO processes ensuring successful delivery of projects to expected work standards.
· Under the guidance of the Project Manager, manage, monitor, and support projects to ensure that they are managed to achieve or exceed the targets agreed for costs, margin delivery and quality.
· Under the guidance of the Project Manager, generate, manage all paperwork required for international and national freight, e.g Cert of Origin, Commercial Invoices & Pallet List; booking transports (trucks and shipping containers) communicating with forwarding agents.
· Placing of Purchase Orders, processing of purchases invoices relating to projects or other goods or services. To closely monitor and record project expenditure in relation to manufacture, delivery, and installation.
· To request invoices for services and manufacturer within area of responsibility, provide financial analysis of projects including that for regular health checks or job closure meetings.
· Keep records of stock movement of goods in and out warehouse on various projects.
· To analyses with support project requirements and devise accurate quotations for realisation through concise briefing of selected suppliers. Based on these quotes produce cost estimation spreadsheets for internal sign off by senior management for the sales team to publish to clients.
· To keep other departments and account handlers informed of project developments, alterations and timelines required for delivery of project elements, in order that they are equipped to manage client expectations.
· After training and exposure to SAP (ERP system) monitor and ensure projects are delivered commercially successfully.
· To support other departments personnel as necessary to assist when work loading is abnormal; in case of absence for holiday or sickness or any significant absence from your team to ensure continuity of the project’s delivery.
