The Apprenticeship Team at Exeter College is a busy, customer focused workplace and you will support the team in ensuring a smooth customer journey for both our students and employers. As our Apprentice, we will invest in you and provide you with the technology and resources to help you maintain and deliver excellent service to our customers. Are you:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Demonstrate a willingness to continuously improve
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Demonstrate problem solving skills and attention to detail

Maths and English GCSE’s Grade 4/C or equivalent.

Functional Skills can be studied alongside the apprenticeship if required.

You will attend Exeter College one day per week during term-time to work towards your Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Potential for full-time employment after apprenticeship if applicable.
