Description
Studio Manolo is a London based workshop that produces bespoke furniture and joinery for residential and commercial projects.
We work with architects and interior designers who know us for our expertise in working with solid wood and ability to realise unique pieces.
We are looking for a junior joiner / cabinet maker to join our team in Greenwich.
Duties:
Assisting our senior makers in their projects. This might include:
- Keeping the workshop clean and organised
- Handling timber and sheet material deliveries
- Machining
- Jointing solid wood and manufactured boards
- Install furniture and joinery hardware
- Surface preparation and finishing
- Installation of projects
You will need to have:
- Level 2 Bench Joinery qualification (minimum)
- Aspiration to develop a career as a maker
- Organised, methodical approach to work
- Knowledge of safe working methods
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and standing for long durations

This is a full-time position, with salary depending on skills and experience.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5pm, with a 15 minute morning break and a 45 minute lunch break.
