Description
As an apprentice, you will learn the ins and outs of digital marketing, with a focus on creating compelling content and acting as the voice of both brands in the digital space. This role is ideal for
someone passionate about storytelling, branding, and digital engagement, and who is eager to develop a holistic career in digital marketing and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
- Develop engaging digital content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and promotional materials for Crown Automation and Sportona.
- Assist in designing basic graphics and other multimedia content tailored to the target audience.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and schedule posts across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Monitor engagement metrics and contribute to building online communities.
- Capture and prepare UGC content.
Brand Voice Development:
- Act as the digital voice for Crown Automation and Sportona, ensuring all communication aligns with brand identity.
- Respond to comments and inquiries to foster positive interactions with audiences.
Search Engine:
- Manage google business page and other search engine optimisation metrics.
- Keep websites and online platforms up-to-date.
- Build backlinks and keep track of online exposure.
Campaign Support:
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate on strategies to promote events, products, and services.
Learning and Development:
- Participate in structured training sessions and mentorship programs to enhance your
- skills.
- Gain hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic graphic design tools and interested to learn new tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks effectively as per the priority.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adaptability to new challenges and testing them.
- Outgoing personality unafraid to take up the challenge and engage in market survey with the public.
Opportunity for a permanent role upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, with exposure to working across multiple brands and industries.
