Description
Duties to include:
- Manage the day-to-day recording of expenditure for expenses and supplier invoices;
- Create a bi-monthly payment schedule, ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and promptly;
- Learn and apply basic accounting principles and practices;
- Support the finance team in day-to-day operations;
- Respond to finance queries from the wider organisation.
Beyond the core responsibilities, the role will develop with you. You will gain exposure to all aspects of the finance function so that you successfully complete your qualification, including: accounts payable; accounts receivable; grants; management accounting; budgeting; audits; and process improvement.
