Degree Apprentice Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £25,106 per annum plus Veolia benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Location: Veolia, 210 Pentonville Rd, London N1 9JY with travel across the UK when required
Programme Duration: Up to 46 months
Candidate shortlisting will take place during the week commencing 17th - 24th March, with assessment days scheduled between the week commencing 31st March - 7th April.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate on assembling and evaluating bid packages for subcontractor trades
Assist in budget development and financial projections
Participate in subcontractor agreement preparation and pre-order discussions
Support cost monitoring and reporting after contract signing
Manage invoice processing and payment applications
Contribute to maintaining project management systems and procedures
Assist in preparing and agreeing sub-contract final accounts
Facilitate site closure protocols
Attend specification and pre-start meetings
Liaise with the build department regarding subcontractor performance evaluations
