Description

Salary: £16,500 per annum

Locations: Marlow, Manchester, Birmingham, Newcastle, Leeds, Bristol, South Coast (subject to role)

Start Date: Monday 6th October 2025

Qualification: Various Level 3 (dependant on role)

Duration: 18 months

Technical & Services Apprenticeships

As Softcat has continued to grow, there has been an increasing need for Softcat to provide technical advice and support to our customers. As a result we have developed an award winning in house technical team who specialise in a wide range of services and are on hand to support our customers with their technological needs. As an apprentice in this area, you will join one of technical & services teams, learning about your particular area of technology, service or specialism. You will then use this training in your role, providing world class support to our customers, colleagues, internal and external partners,

Our Technical & Services Apprenticeship Programme is designed to equip you with everything you need to become a successful Technical or Services executive. The programmes will build and accelerate your skills and knowledge in your specific role and specialism while supporting you on your journey to completing your qualification. There's huge potential to grow your technical know how, provide great service to our customers and help take our technology solutions to another level.
