Description

Recruitment Administrator Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for inbound calls, redirecting as necessary
  • Draft, format and print relevant documents
  • Supporting our recruitment consultants in identifying and attracting talented engineering and manufacturing candidates
  • Build and maintain relationship with existing clients, arranging interview slots etc.
  • Sourcing new business through cold calling potential new clients
  • Candidate sourcing, pre-screening, and assisting with the overall recruitment process

Recruitment Administrator Candidate:

  • Highly motivated and the “want” to be successful!
  • Customer service or sales experience highly desirable
  • Administrative experience is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • PC literate including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc) essential

Recruitment Administrator Working Hours + Benefits:

  • Monday - Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00
  • Friday: 08:30 - 16:00
  • Annual salary reviews
  • Full training provided including external recruitment training courses
  • 25 days’ holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Earlier finish on a Friday
  • Monthly supermarket order – able to order any food / drinks for the office
  • Quarterly team days out and annual success trips
