Description
Recruitment Administrator Roles and Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for inbound calls, redirecting as necessary
- Draft, format and print relevant documents
- Supporting our recruitment consultants in identifying and attracting talented engineering and manufacturing candidates
- Build and maintain relationship with existing clients, arranging interview slots etc.
- Sourcing new business through cold calling potential new clients
- Candidate sourcing, pre-screening, and assisting with the overall recruitment process
Recruitment Administrator Candidate:
- Highly motivated and the “want” to be successful!
- Customer service or sales experience highly desirable
- Administrative experience is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- PC literate including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc) essential
Recruitment Administrator Working Hours + Benefits:
- Monday - Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00
- Friday: 08:30 - 16:00
- Annual salary reviews
- Full training provided including external recruitment training courses
- 25 days’ holiday + Bank Holidays
- Earlier finish on a Friday
- Monthly supermarket order – able to order any food / drinks for the office
