Vacancy Description: 



Eeze is seeking a motivated and creative social media and Internal Communication Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management and internal communications within the fast-paced iGaming industry.



The successful candidate will support the Marketing and HR teams in creating compelling content, managing social media channels, and enhancing internal communication strategies.



Social Media Management:





  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook).


  • Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to inform content strategies.


  • Respond to social media inquiries and engage with the online community in a timely and professional manner.


  • Provide team members with ready-to-use content and best practices to enhance organic reach and brand reputation.




Content Creation:





  • Develop visually appealing graphics, videos, and written content for both social media and internal communication purposes.


  • Support the marketing team in improving organic traffic by optimising website copy and social media posts with relevant keywords.




Collaboration





  • Work closely with the Marketing and HR teams to align social media and internal communication efforts with overall company goals




Desirable Skills: 





  • High motivation to learn and excellent attention to detail


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.


  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.


  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills


  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders


  • Familiarity with Microsoft office products, such as excel, PowerPoint and word


  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.




Some international travel to Malta may be required during the apprenticeship.



Entry Requirements:



  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject


  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)


  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject




You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

 

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
