We have many long term staff, progression is reachable through watching, learning and delivering your knowledge to the customer as and when required. Extra product knowledge training is readily available and often offered by the manufacturers – certificated. Physical Fitness is a required skill due to the candidate having to be on their feet all day walking around the warehouse, lifting items, carrying items and re-locating stock all day.
