Key Responsibilities:

As a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice, you will:

Data and insights:

· Work with Marketing Manager on developing audience insights, which will inform marketing and business development activities, including collating, analysing and presenting data and findings.

· Assist with the development, delivery and reporting of marketing activities, using insights to help set targets, monitor digital performance and analyse results.

· Build expert understanding of CRM system, developing the system and processes so that marketing and business development is effectively managed.

· Work closely with colleagues to maintain quality, accurate data and records via the CRM, to help manage customer relationships.

· Support development of required policies and procedures, ensuring data protection and marketing approaches are compliant and consistent.

· Support development of suitable tools for monitoring and managing digital activity, including Google Analytics, Looker Studio and Power BI, feeding insights into reports and presentations.

Digital channels:

· Manage the company website and social media channels, ensuring content is timely, relevant and on brand.

· Manage customer journey process on CRM, supporting Interim Marketing Manager to deliver successful marketing activity, capturing and managing data effectively, through to conversion and relationship management.

· Establish approach for search engine optimisation (SEO), identifying opportunities to improve digital content and implementing changes.

· Maintain a view of trends and channels across the sector, highlighting developments and making recommendations for best approaches to reach target audiences.

· Experience of using Microsoft Office 365 including Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.

· Passion for marketing, the industry and its trends.

· Educational Requirements: 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent inc Maths.

· 3 A Levels (including English Language)

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer and Certified Digital Marketing Professional by DMI, with training in how to:

· Master the art of crafting compelling content tailored for diverse audiences and a variety of marketing channels, ensuring sensitivity and effectiveness in communication.

· Analyse and integrate information from the multi-channel marketing landscape to inform and optimise both short-term tactics and long-term strategies.

· Implement secure, innovative solutions using a broad spectrum of digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences while achieving marketing objectives.

· Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of multi-channel marketing activities, measuring success and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.

· Create and interpret insightful analytical dashboards utilising advanced digital tools, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

· Strategically plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across an array of digital and traditional media platforms.

· Develop, understand, and apply marketing briefs and plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand consistency.

· Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for quality and consistency.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to translate complex or detailed information for broader audiences.

· Excellent copywriting skills, with ability to produce content for a variety of channels.

· Willingness to learn and develop new areas of work to benefit marketing and business development.

· Willingness to contribute to Tadek’s values and be a team player.

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, the candidate may be considered for a full-time role within Tadek. This will be subject to their prior performance as well as current vacancies.
