Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, driven and passionate individual with a keen interest in the Automotive Industry to develop key skills which will lead to a rewarding and varied career.
Key Duties:
Finance & Accounting
- To ensure accurate
and complete processing and recording in all Sales administrative matters.
- To ensure all cars
are invoiced and taxed on time.
- To account for and
properly analyse all cash receipts and payments.
- To ensure that
accounting and administrative records are accurately maintained, updated daily
and a control system.
Customer Service & Satisfaction
- Ensure that all
queries in relation to customer invoices are dealt with promptly and
efficiently.
- Ensure that all
incoming customer accounts queries and disputes are dealt with expeditiously.
Communication & Interaction
- Maintain effective
liaison with Dealership Management and other Administrative Staff.
- Ensure good
customer contact.
- Be able to
communicate courteously and efficiently with customers both on the telephone
and electronically and respond to their needs.
- Have exceptional
attention to detail whilst working in a fast paced envioroment.

Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship.
This
apprenticeship is delivered through work based learning, this means that all
training is done at the workplace eliminating the need to attend college. The
successful candidate will be allocated a tutor who will provide a mixture of
interactive online group teaching and 1-1 training monthly.
