Description
Location: Home Based with occasional travel to London (min. 6 days per year)
Reports to: Dearden HR Director
Salary: £18,000 to £22,000 depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
• Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as electronic filing, data entry, and document management.
• Customer Service: Handle enquiries from internal and external customers, providing excellent service and support.
• IT Skills: Use various IT packages and systems, including MS Office, SharePoint and Salesforce to create documents, manage data, and communicate effectively.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes/record agreed actions, as required.
• Project Assistance: Support ongoing client projects by conducting research, preparing reports, updating project trackers and coordinating activities.
• Process Improvement: Support initiatives to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
• Communication: Draft emails, letters, and other communications, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Directors to support their administrative needs and contribute to team goals
