Overview: 
We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice. 
As a Marketing Apprentice, you will support the marketing team in a range of activities designed to enhance Artichoke’s brand presence and digital strategy. 



Main role / Responsibilities [will include but not be limited to]: 





  • Assisting with content creation for social media, website, and email marketing.


  • Helping to manage Artichoke’s social media channels, ensuring consistent engagement and growth.


  • Supporting the development and scheduling of digital marketing campaigns.


  • Assisting with search engine optimisation (SEO) and paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).


  • Conducting market research to identify trends, audience insights, and opportunities for growth.


  • Writing and editing blog posts, newsletters, and case studies.


  • Assisting with photography and video content creation for digital channels.


  • Analysing marketing performance data and compiling reports.




Desirable skills: 





  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


  • A creative mindset with an eye for detail.


  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn).


  • A keen interest in digital marketing, SEO, and content creation.


  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and an interest in learning design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).


  • Analytical mindset with an interest in data and performance tracking.




Personal qualities:





  • A team player with a collaborative approach.


  • Passionate about marketing, design, and craftsmanship.


  • Adaptable and open to new challenges.




Any experience or coursework in digital marketing, content creation, or design would be an advantage.



Entry requirements:





  • 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject


  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)


  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject




You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.



If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working week: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm -- Negotiable
