Salary: £22,048 per annum plus Veolia benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, from 7:30 am to 16:00 pm

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical, Control, and Instrumentation Apprentice to join the team at Veolia’s Energy Recovery Facility in Portsmouth. This role offers the chance to learn about new and innovative technologies that will enhance operations for years to come.
- You will be exposed to all aspects of the process, from plant operating techniques to preventative maintenance and emergency breakdown repairs
- Involvement in various plant efficiency improvements due to continuous advancements in technology, requiring the development of new skills and the integration of new equipment on site
- Completion of planned preventative maintenance, overhauls, and planned shutdown works
- Modifying, rewiring, fault-finding, testing, and inspecting equipment
- Identifying plant improvements and engineering solutions
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance on site
