Job Purpose
As Early Careers Administrator you will support the Early Careers Delivery Manager to deliver the United Utilities education strategy, including introduction to and induction onto the apprentice and graduate schemes.
Supporting with timely completion of apprentice and graduate schemes, general administrative duties to support with apprentice and graduate learning and development and production of MI for overall apprentice and graduate scheme performance.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Assist with the administration of Learner Management systems
- Support with necessary administration procedures with awarding bodies
- Administration of mandatory training for both internal and external apprentices
- Work with the Early Careers Administrator to book training rooms for apprentices and graduates
- Assist with the update and completion of key documents to support compliance
- Ensure mailboxes, SharePoints and Intranet pages are maintained
