Overview:

As an AI Apprentice at Envera, you will play a key role in managing and developing AI-driven automations both internally within the business and externally for new and existing clients. This role involves working on AI and automation projects for SMEs across the United Kingdom, ensuring the successful deployment of AI solutions that improve efficiency, streamline operations, and enhance business processes.

You will work closely with AI developers and project managers to implement cutting-edge automation solutions, utilizing platforms such as OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, Botpress, Zapier, and other LLMs. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Envera’s internal AI-driven systems and automations.

Key Responsibilities:

    Design and deploy custom AI and automation solutions for SMEs across the UK. Assess client needs and implement tailored AI-driven workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Botpress. Automate business processes with platforms like Zapier to enhance efficiency. Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve AI and automation systems for better performance. Manage and enhance Envera’s internal AI systems, including customer interaction bots. Support AI project planning, ensuring smooth deployment and integration of new technologies. Stay updated on emerging AI trends and contribute ideas for new automation solutions. Demonstrate problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a strong interest in AI and automation.

Role Requirements:

    •    Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.    •    Basic knowledge of AI platforms or automation tools.    •    Problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.    •    Ability to work on multiple projects and collaborate with different teams.    •    Eagerness to learn and contribute to real-world AI applications.

Standard Entry Requirements:

Applicants will usually have obtained: an honours degree (2:2 or above) in an appropriate discipline, or with the appropriate aptitude for a role in technology.

Non-standard entry with work experience:

Relevant qualifications and/or work experience will be taken into consideration where the applicant has the judged potential to benefit from the programme. Requests will be considered on an individual basis where appropriate.
