Collaborating with Bates Connect engages a range of services within data infrastructure and communications systems, ensuring flexibility throughout.p pThe successful apprentice will be working at 2-3 different sites across a week:p ul li1supstsup Floor, Side B, Maple House, 149 Tottenham Court Road, W1T 7NFli liBarnet Enfield and Harringay Mental Health Trust, Block B2, St. Ann’s Hospital, St Ann’s Rd, London, N15 3THli liWest Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, Trust Offices, Watford General Hospital, Vicarage Road, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD18 0HBli ul pstrongResponsibilities:strongp ul liTo provide technical advice, and to work closely with colleagues to maintain agreed service levelsli liTo implement and work on specific IT projects as requiredli liProvide onsite and face to face ICT support to customer organisationsli liProvide Service Desk support cover as requiredli liTo provide support for the Client Manager in times of absenceli liTo help maintain operational procedures and system documentationli liDeliver to deadlinesli liDiagnosing and resolving technical faults accuratelyli liGhosting and deploying desktop imagesli ul pstrongRequired skills:strongp ul liWilling to go the extra mileli liPositive mental attitudeli liWorks well in a teamli liAbility to work aloneli ul pstrongEntry requirements:strongp ul li3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4 (A-C) in any subjectli liGCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above)li liProspective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subjectli ul pYou may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme.
