They are now looking for a data analyst apprentice to join their team.p pstrongOverview:strongbr As a data analyst apprentice you will be responsible for analysing, reviewing and understanding data across the HSE, scheduling, procurement, commercial and supervision departments to monitor and review our performance on the contract, liaising with the relevant people to help deliver improvements where necessary to provide insights that drive business decisionsp pstrongResponsibilities:strongp ul liCollaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide data-driven solutions.li liCollect, process, and analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.li liReviewing performance and productivity for each department (scaffolding, insulation, painting), to ensure scope changes, delays, etc are being highlighted by the relevant supervisors, and identifying contract norms that may require review.li liGenerate data models, reports and PowerBI dashboards visualisations to communicate findings to relevant team members.li liMonitoring the weekly schedule to check the accuracy against actual works executed in the period.li liMonitor and evaluate the performance of data-driven initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.li liWork daily with tools including Excel, PowerBI, SAP, MPower, Synergi and occasionally Word & Powerpoint.li ul pstrongDesirable skills:strongp ul liGood attention to detailli liGood problem-solving skills and a flexible approach to workli liStrong written and verbal communication skillsli liAbility to be self-motivate for planning and executing tasks and projects.li ul pHaving some experience or knowledge of tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, etc. would be beneficial.p pstrongSalary:strong 19,000 per annum.p pstrongWorking week:strong 38hrs a week.
