Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Administration Apprentice to join our growing team in the aviation marketplace. This apprenticeship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business administration while developing essential skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As an apprentice, you will assist with various administrative tasks, data entry, office management, and more, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of our operations.
You must be able to reliably commute to Bury BL9 to be considered for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support including filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence.
- Contact global aircraft sellers to facilitate listing their aircraft on our platform.
- Once a seller is registered, you will be trained on how to upload aircraft listings and provide ongoing support until the aircraft is sold.
- Receive training on using our CRM system, learning best practices for organizing and ranking prospects, and supporting clients throughout the sales process.
- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accurate and timely updates of records.
- Utilize Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation, data management, and presentations.
- Maintain an organized office environment and assist with inventory management.
- Answer phone calls professionally, demonstrating excellent communication and phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members on various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail for accurate data entry and clerical work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office equipment is beneficial.

GCSE or equivalent in:
English (grade C/4 or above)
Desirable qualifications
