Job Title: Business Admin Apprentice
Location: Jubilee House, 3 The Drive, Brentwood, CM13 3FR
Salary: £7.55 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Business Admin Apprentice to support our business development and administrative efforts. This role involves building relationships with care homes, managing leads, and assisting with marketing and administrative tasks to drive staff placement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with care home decision-makers.

  • Conduct outreach (phone, email, etc.) to prospect for new care home partnerships.

  • Assess the needs of care homes and present tailored staff placement solutions.

  • Qualify and manage incoming leads from care homes seeking staffing support.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the care home sector, including regulations and best practices.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned targets for care home staff placements.

  • Accurately record sales activities and client interactions in the system.

  • Liaise with the sales team, providing updates on leads and feedback.

  • Assist with general administrative and marketing duties as needed.

  • Occasionally visit care homes (must hold a valid driving licence).

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities.

  • Ability to work well in a team and take initiative.

  • Basic marketing knowledge is a plus.

  • Valid driving licence (required for occasional visits).

Working Conditions
  • Office-based role with high telephone usage.

  • Potential travel to local care homes (as needed).
