  • Answering calls, taking messages, and handling general inquiries.
  • Entering data into company systems, databases, or spreadsheets.
  • Updating and maintaining employee and client records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
