About the Role:
As a customer service apprentice, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, providing support and ensuring a professional and friendly experience. You'll gain real-world experience in a legal environment while working alongside experienced professionals who will support your development throughout the apprenticeship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or in person, delivering clear and helpful information
- Use professional phone etiquette to ensure a welcoming, respectful tone at all times
- Understand and assess client needs to provide tailored support
- Perform accurate data entry and help maintain client records
- Assist with administrative tasks that support the legal team’s workflow
- Stay up to date with firm policies, procedures, and services
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Confident communicator with a friendly and professional manner
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks

- Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
