We are now seeking a Data Analyst Apprentice to join our vibrant marketing team. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, fun environment while working towards a Data Analytics Level 4 qualification.
About you: Are you a data enthusiast with a flair for marketing? If you have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and a basic understanding of CRM systems and data analysis tools, we want to hear from you!
What you'll be doing:
Help us make smarter decisions to boost our marketing campaigns, engage customers, and drive business success.
- Create Cool Dashboards: Design performance dashboards and reports that make data come to life.
- Master CRM Data: Keep our CRM system in tip-top shape with accurate and consistent data.
- Build Reports: Use tools like Excel, Power BI, or Google Data Studio to create and maintain eye-catching reports and dashboards.
- Analyse and Interpret: Dive deep into marketing and customer data to uncover insights and make recommendations.
- Support Smart Decisions: Develop reports that help the team make informed decisions, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other regulations.
- Spot Trends: Identify patterns in customer behaviour to craft targeted marketing strategies.
Entry requirements:
Standard entry:
- Level 3 qualification (apprenticeship/A-levels/BTEC, etc)
- OR equivalent work experience (typically two years in a relevant role)
Plus:
- 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above
- Experience with using Excel and Microsoft products (or similar)
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
