Business Administration Apprentice – Join Our Team

Job Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Administration Apprentice to become part of our friendly team. This apprenticeship provides a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment while developing key administrative skills. As an apprentice, you’ll play a key role in supporting office operations, assisting with various clerical tasks, and helping the business run smoothly.

You must be able to reliably commute to Stockton-On-Tees TS17 to be considered for this role

What You’ll Do:

  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and help with event planning.
  • Assist with subcontractor management and helpdesk tasks.
  • Support colleagues in preparing tenders and coaching others.
  • Handle finance tasks like processing purchase orders.
  • Keep things organized with filing and scanning duties.
  • Manage a project starting in your 9th month with us.
  • Work with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Contribute to social media content and initiatives.
  • Help with staff logistics, producing reports, and handling customer queries.
  • Welcome visitors and handle online cloud-based tasks.
  • Assist with quotations and other administrative duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Comfortable using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Great organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Basic understanding of administrative tasks, with attention to detail in data entry.

Essential Qualifications:

  • GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade 4 or above).

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: £14,918.80 per year
