This role will support the data and operations teams in maintaining and improving the use of Joblogic, our core operational system.br The successful candidate will assist with data input, system integrity, reporting, and process improvement, while also working towards a recognised data analysis qualification.p pstrongKey Responsibilities:strongp ul liSupport the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Joblogic system.li liMaintain data accuracy and consistency within the system by regularly auditing records, identifying quality issues, and supporting data cleansing initiativesli liSupport the creation and distribution of operational and performance reports, working closely with various departments to gather and understand their data needs.li liCollaborate with operational teams to improve the quality and timeliness of data entry.li liTroubleshoot and escalate system issues with the relevant stakeholders or Joblogic support.li liWork with the data team to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation to improve efficiency.li liAssist in developing clear and accurate documentation, including user guides and best practices for Joblogic. Maintain records of procedures, findings, and data definitions to support system consistency and user understanding.li liAssist in gathering, organising, and analysing data from a variety of sources.li liMaintain and update dashboards and reports for internal teams.li ul pYou will learn to use business intelligence tools and databases (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL).p pstrongDesired skills:strongp ul liPunctual and reliable.li liA keen interest in data, systems, and business operations.li liStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.li liComfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data tools.li liGood communication skills and the ability to work with teams across the business.li liWillingness to learn and take on new challenges.li liStrong time management skills and ability plan and allocate time efficiently.li ul pstrongEntry requirements:strongbr strongStandard entry:strongp ul liLevel 3 qualification (apprenticeshipA-levelsBTEC, etc)li liOR equivalent work experience (typically two years in a relevant role)br Plus:li li5 GCSE’s, including English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or aboveli liExperience with using Excel and Microsoft products (or similar)li ul pYou may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme.
