Description

At SMV Associates, we have a history of taking on apprentices from College and providing all the training and experience to become a fully qualified accountant. During your time at SMV Associates we will continually tailor your duties to match your level of studies and gradually introduce more complex tasks as your knowledge grows.

You will be numerate and have good written and verbal communication skills.

You will have strong IT skills.

Accuracy within the role is very important therefore you must have good attention to detail and be able to work methodically.

You will need to be able to show initiative and communicate effectively with your team members.

You will need to be well organised and be able to meet deadlines.

You will be fairly confident on the telephone and present an articulate and professional image at all times to clients.

GCSE Maths and English 5 or above
You will attend Exeter College one day per week to work towards your Level 3 Accountancy Apprenticeship.
Be team orientated and have good communication skills Good organisation skills and be capable of working independently Good IT skills
