Key Responsibilities

As a Credit Controller, your main duties will include:

  • Managing and collecting customer debt across a personal ledger.

  • Achieving agreed collection and cash flow targets.

  • Monitoring daily debt levels and cash allocation.

  • Identifying and proposing corrective actions for misallocated accounts.

  • Ensuring compliance with internal credit control policies and procedures.

  • Escalating serious payment issues to senior team members or management.

  • Completing essential daily tasks, including resolving unallocated cash, removing accounts from dispute, and chasing overdue payments.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Strong organisational skills and adaptability to handle a high-volume, target-driven workload.

  • Proven ability to manage high-value accounts and liaise with a global customer base.

  • Excellent communication skills to build professional relationships with diverse clients.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook essential).

  • Experience within the media, publishing, or professional services sector (advantageous, but not essential).

This role requires a motivated, detail-oriented professional who can thrive in a fast-paced finance environment.
