  • Maintain and accurately update customer records on Sugar CRM in a timely manner, ensuring data integrity and supporting the Sales team with high-quality, up-to-date information to enhance customer engagement and decision-making.

  • First point of contact for suppliers, proactively managing communication to ensure timely delivery of customer orders. Resolve issues efficiently and triage where necessary. Over time, transition into becoming the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless service experience from supplier to end user.
  • Increasing product knowledge - learning about the features of every product the company sells to offer the best service to customers in future role.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced role, managing your time effectively.
  • A good work ethic.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • A confident and outgoing individual capable of working in a professional environment, liaising with suppliers and potential customers to grow the business.

Salary: £18,000 per annum. 

Working week: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 5pm. Early finishes on a Friday work on rotation.

Future prospects:
Should you perform well in this role, there is an opportunity for you to take up a permanent position at the end of your qualification. Many of our previous apprentices are still with the company. Your future salary will be discussed should you be offered a permanent role.
