What’s involved?

  • Working in the business resource team as first response to all incoming enquiries, problem solving and ensuring calls are transferred and messages passed on accurately to internal stakeholders.
  • Becoming the business superuser of Firefish, a bespoke CRM system designed for recruiters, working collaboratively across teams supporting colleagues where required.
  • Becoming an expert in LinkedIn recruiter, supporting colleagues with business development.
  • Managing shared diaries through Outlook for directors across the business.
  • Sending out business terms and conditions to new clients.
  • Sending Mailshots through outlook to attract new candidates.
  • Other ad hock duties such as arranging business events such as team building exercises and Christmas events.

What do they need from you? 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally. 
  • High attention to detail. 
  • Great organisation skills and willing to learn.

Salary: £18,500 per annum.

Working week: 35 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 4pm.
