- Manage the secure transfer and storage of digital files across shared drives, supporting seamless collaboration between teams and departments.
- Assist with the preparation of companywide communications and digital presentations.
- Schedule client and internal meetings via Outlook and coordinate virtual and in-person meetings to support effective team operations.
- Use Microsoft Teams daily to communicate with colleagues, share information, and attend meetings, developing strong digital collaboration skills.

- Good literacy and numeracy skills.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm.
