  • Assist with the preparation of companywide communications and digital presentations.
  • Schedule client and internal meetings via Outlook and coordinate virtual and in-person meetings to support effective team operations.
  • Use Microsoft Teams daily to communicate with colleagues, share information, and attend meetings, developing strong digital collaboration skills.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail. 
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a general willingness to learn. 
  • Strong written and verbal skills. 
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills. 
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

Salary: £20,000 per annum.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm.
