Opportunity Details
As a Recruitment Apprentice, you will learn to:
Assist in building and maintaining a client base, interacting with clients and candidates to develop strong working relationships.
Help liaise with new and existing clients to understand their business and recruitment requirements, and support in placing adverts on job boards targeting the right candidates.
Source and screen candidates using job boards and other tools.
Book and conduct initial interviews with candidates, managing expectations to match them to the right company and roles.
Carry out candidate reference checks and ensure eligibility to work in the UK.
Support the placement of candidates, liaising with clients to ensure their requirements are met.
Proactively identify potential new business opportunities within the region.
Assist the sales team in contacting prospective clients by phone and email.
Attend site visits with senior team members to understand client needs, workforce and culture.
Support the growth and management of existing client relationships.
Provide out-of-hours on-call support (with supervision) when required.
Complete necessary administration tasks and update the company CRM system daily with client and candidate information.
Attend and contribute to service meetings.
Undertake any other duties as required to support the day-to-day running of the branch.
Act as an ambassador for the company, demonstrating professionalism and integrity at all times.
