You will be required to become exceptional across a wide range of digital marketing disciplines and develop an eye for what works on the web.p pThis opportunity is ideal for someone looking to enter the industry to carve a long-lasting career in digital marketing. Once probation has been passed, we will create a clear progression route through our personal development plan process. Successful apprentices will progress to Junior Executives and will have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, such as product specialists. Many of our senior members of staff started as juniors or apprentices.p pstrongRequired skills:strongp ul liHave a thirst to learn more about digital marketing channels.li liA positive attitude to and eagerness to learn.li liBe familiar with internet technology (search engines, social networks, admin systems, etc).li liHave an analytical mind and be able to draw logical conclusions from data.li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills.li liBasic understanding of websites (design and function).li liBe competent with the use of basic office software.li ul pstrongThe following experience would be desirable:strongp ul liBe familiar with search engine optimisation and pay-per-click.li liSEO, PPC, editorial, marketing, advertising, website administration.li ul pstrongEntry requirements:strongp ul li3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4 (A-C) in any subjectli ul ul liGCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above)li ul ul liProspective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subjectli ul pYou may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme.
