This company prides itself on development of young people they have supported 4 QA apprentices in the past.p pstrongResponsibilities: strongp ul liWorking in collaboration with the Sales team to provide customers with excellent aftercare, you will process orders using BTS (in-house system) to ensure a time and smooth post-sale experience.li liMaintain and accurately update customer records on Sugar CRM in a timely manner, ensuring data integrity and supporting the Sales team with high-quality, up-to-date information to enhance customer engagement and decision-making.li liRegularly export and manage sales data from Focus (in-house system) into Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records for reporting and analysis purposesli liFirst point of contact for suppliers, proactively managing communication to ensure timely delivery of customer orders. Resolve issues efficiently and triage where necessary.
