Information Systems are essential to maintaining the organisation’s productivity levels. Under the Head of IT, the successful candidate will become a critical staff member, providing primarily first-line support to users submitting IT Helpdesk tickets, and being a crucial resource in completing IT-related projects. The role will involve face to face, telephone, and Microsoft Teams communication with end users to confirm and troubleshoot problems they are facing. As training in organisational software and systems progresses, the successful candidate will work towards providing elements of second-line support.
